How to make Chai tea

Chai tea is a lovely warming drink that some claim can aid digestion, fight inflammation and has antioxidant properties and can help your immune system. Great for cold weather.

To make 2 mugs of Chai:

Bring 1.5 mugs of water to boil in a saucepan with 4 tea spoons of chai tea blend.

Boil the tea for 3 minutes.

Add 1 mug of milk and sugar to taste (Chai should be sweet so don't leave it out altogether).

Return to boil, then strain into your mugs.

Enjoy this comforting blend!
