Welcome to Spring!

Spring is one of my favourite times of the year, everything is fresh and there is an infectious feeling of positivity. Well don't you notice more people smiling! Spring cleaning is one of my favourite organising rituals, not only do I feel so much better afterwards, everyone else in the house does too. Clearing out the clutter makes me feel lighter and ready to tackle new challenges. But sometimes we all need a bit of extra motivation to get stuck into it! So here are some key words, aromatherapy ideas and prompts to help us all get going, whatever you favourite spring ritual is:

Motivation: chamomile roman, cedarwood, eucalyptus, lemon (choose 2 or 3 of your favourites - 2 drops each)

Room spray: 5 drops each of mandarin and black pepper (do not use black pepper if pregnant)


Put away winter clothes, decorating themes and bring out the colour!

Make a list of the most cluttered areas of your home and work through the list


Body and mind: 3 drops frankincense, 3 drops cardamon

Home difuser: 6 drops juniper (not to be used if pregnant)

Reduce junk food or heavy food

Prepare a detox tea and detox bath

Change it up and introduce an all natural cleaner into your routine


Welcome spring: 3 drops each of patchouli and  vetiver


4 drops mandarin and 2 drops frankincense

Walk in the mountains/forest and greet the new wild flowers


Celebrate romance,beauty, hope, love, idealism, vitality and growth
